Yesterday, there were filings by attorneys for the defendants in the lawsuit filed by former Deputy Public Defender Rory Kalin against Humboldt Superior Court Judge Gregory Elvine-Kreis, former Public Defender Marek Reavis and current Public Defender Luke Brownfield.
Since my last post, Mendocino County Judge Ann Moorman granted plaintiff Kalin's motion to compel. Defendant Elvine-Kreis was ordered to complete responses within 15 days.

I have reached out to Kalin's lawyer, Mr. Jonathan Hornberger. I asked if he wanted to respond before this Friday's court hearing or wait and address the filings in court.
I am the only one who covered the case regularly. Previous posts are linked if you have not been following the coverage regularly.
