Trial judge orders intervention in Daniella Moore's homicide case

On 8/19, after Daniella Moore's homicide case was assigned for trial to Courtroom One which means the trial Judge should be Judge Kelly Neel, there was an order by the Judge setting intervention for tomorrow. 

Currently, Moore's case is on for trial assignment on 9/2 and jury trial for 9/6. Time estimate is two months which includes jury selection. Moore has entered an additional plea of not guilty by reason of insanity. 

As of today, Moore has been in custody for 1148 days. Assistant Deputy District Attorney Stacey Eads is the prosecutor for the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Moore's attorney.
