Corbett Craig Petersen was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department for PC 647 (f) public intoxication. He was released from jail. Will he show up for court today or will there be another bench warrant?
Today, Petersen has trial confirmation scheduled in his DUI case. Jury trial in that case is scheduled for 8/15. He had two bench warrants issued in that case.

Petersen was not in court but his attorney was present. Jury trial remains as scheduled but from court minutes looks like there is an offer to resolve.
Jury trial for 8/15 vacated. Trial confirmation is on 9/19; jury trial ia scheduled for 9/26.
