A few more details about the Lost Coast Outpost vs County of Humboldt lawsuit I posted about on August 6. Case type is writ of mandate; judicial review.
A summons has been sent to HCSO. Here is the cuvil case cover sheet and some pages from the petition. I am not posting pages citing law and PRAs. I have a hunch what these records.
LOCO has hired the same attorney who filed a lawsuit for the North Coast Journal.
No dates have been scheduled. The litigation is listed with other lawsuits on the Board of Supervisors meeting agenda tomorrow. It will be discussed in closed session.
I had to file paperwork with the courts in the Cory Fisher to get documents. Judge Dale Reinholtsen granted my request.
