Litigation against County of Humboldt on the Board of Supervisor's agenda is nothing new. Lost Coast Outpost suing County of Humboldt et al is certainly an interesting development.
Just like the North Coast Journal lawsuit it could all much ado about nothing . It is a writ of mandate, judicial review filed on May 5 and there are no dates scheduled yet.
Guess Sean Quincey, Rex and certain County employees sucking up to LOCO does not prevent litigation. Not to mention all those advertising dollars from GoHumCo and others on LOCO.
