Humboldt judges who keep releasing repeat violent offenders fail the community on a daily basis

 

Lot of repeat offenders on the jail log today which is typical for Humboldt.  

Timothy Lee Frosch was arrested by California Highway Patrol yesterday for PC 422 criminal Threats, PC594(b)(1) vandalism and PC273.5(a) corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant.

Frosch is a repeat offender. I did two posts on Frosch in March 2022. One was from DA Investigator Kyla Baxley. The other was from a reader and it has details in his arrests and court records.
