I inquired with Eureka Police Department Crime Analyst Brittany Powell about a booking photo for the November 2022. Baker isn't on the 11/29 or 11/30 Humboldt jail booking log. There could be several reasons why she may not have been booked yet or for a November booking photo not being available in the system.
I was able to get a booking photo from an October 2022 arrest by EPD.

Roseanna Lee Aubrey was arrested yesterday by the Hoopa Tribal Police Department on an arrest warrant for PC 140 (a) threatening a witness, PC 136.1 (c) (1) dissuading, intimidating or tampering with a witness , PC 245 (a)(1) assault with a deadly weapon, PC 12022.7 (a) great bodily injury enhancement and PC 667 (b) (i) three strikes enhancement.
She is convicted murderer Antone Aubrey's sister. He killed their other sister.
Linda May Bartlett was booked and released yesterday for a DUI. This means Bartlett either turned herself in or was sentenced to 1 day served. Bartlett's most recent incident and contact with law enforcement was 11/13, according to HCSO PIO Stephen Brown.
On 11/23, at trial assignment, the November 28 date was vacated for the second 4th of July suspect Joseph Boxell and jury trial was continued by defense to 12/5.
Trial Confirmation, addressing subpoenaed records in file and a hearing on motion to file amended information is scheduled for tomorrow.
In April, I saw Jack Wu, owner of Jack's Seafood in Eureka at the former location of the China Buffet. He has several other ventures and partnerships including the Bayfront restaurant in Eureka. At that time, Jack said he was not intetested in this property.
I just walked by and saw him talking with two other people. The property had been empty for years. Now it is being cleaned up. Fixing it will take a while. Jack said the plans are to open a place with Korean food.

A hearing on a petition by defense for transfer to outpatient treatment was continued this morning to 12/2. Petition for transfer to outpatient treatment was denied.
The hearing was for convicted murderer Antone Aubrey in his 2018 case. After his sentencing in 2020, Aubrey was sent to the State Hospital. Aubrey is not in custody at the Humboldt jail as of today.
Both the DA's office and Aubrey's attorney, Mr. Russ Clanton submitted on the doctor's report.
Convicted sex offender Von Keener entered a conditional plea on November 10 in his 2021 sex offender case. Sentencing in that case and his 2021 parole case took place this morning.

This morning after argument, Retired Judge John Feeney granted the defense petition and found Sean Allman eligible for mental health diversion. Judge Feeney ruled that Allman does not pose an unreasonable risk to the community
After years of unsuccessful attempts to resolve this case, this petition was filed after Ms. Andrea Sullivan was co-counsel on the case. Allman has been represented by Mr. Ben Okin.

Kimberly Michelle Baird was arrested yesterday by Eureka Police Department for PC 653 x calling 911 with the intent to annoy or harass another person.
I reported about Baird's arrests in February and March 2022. She was released on O.R again. Her previous arrests include charges for alcohol and meth and a history of warrants and failures to appear.
Molestor Dean Brown was sentenced this morning. Two of his victims addressed the court. A statement was read from the third victim.
On October 11, after opening statements in his jury trial, Brown pleaded guilty to all 6 counts for a stipulated sentence of 18 years.

The last time I wrote about Bickerstaff aka "Memphis" was in 2018. He has wasted so much EPD time and resources with repeated arrests. Despite the DA's objection in 2018, the Judge released "Memphis" pending sentencing. He is a danger to women and public safety.
Devon Preston Cathey was arrested by Arcata Police Department yesterday on a Ramey warrant for PC 182(a) (1), PC 187(a) murder.
Vonda Joyce Carlson was arrested by APD yesterday on a Ramey warrant for PC 32 harbor,conceal.or aid a person committing a felony.
I spoke with APD Chief Brian Ahearn right now and these arrests were a result of an investigation by APD into the death of Nicklas Sellars.
