Not only did Chrisjenna Moore waste Shannon Miranda's time and money, the ruling against her just one example of the misuse of the court system by people with no clue about the law and the purpose of civil restraining order

 

I was not going to write anything about this court case because it is one of the many bs cases filed and a misuse of the court system. I sat in court on December 13, 2024 and listened to some of the evidence and testimony from Chrisjenna Francis Moore. I watched Commissioner Sarah Kaber ask questions. I watched Ms. Allison Jackson respond. Like many people in the community, I know Shannon Miranda but as an acquaintance and from social events.

I looked at the court documents filed. Even before Commissioner Kaber's ruling filed 1/14/25, I knew Moore would lose.
