Yesterday, motions in limine were being heard on the first day of the jury trial for CR2403119C which is convicted felon Jackson Parrot's co-defendant case with Christopher Overholt. This is a 10 day time estimate. This case is scheduled to proceed first before Parrott's other two cases CR2402575 and CR2303477. Charges in Parrott's lead case include home invasion, attempted murder, mayhem and carjacking.
The trial has been assigned to Humboldt Superior Court Judge Kaleb Cockrum. Ms. Andrea Sulivan represents Parrott. Former Humboldt County DA, Mr. Paul Gallegos, is Overholt's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Iam Harris is the prosecutor for the case.
Yesterday, Judge Cockrum ruled Ms. Sullivan can question Overholt about immunity agreement with the DA and Overholt can be questioned for impeachment purposes.

On 12/4/24 DA subpoenaed record from Sutter Roseville Medical Center.
As I said in the December 2024 post, I have some exclusive information regarding Overholt.
I received an email about Overholt on 11/29/24 that I did follow up on but chose not to publish at that time because claims and information could not be substantiated, including claims about an unnamed DA Investigator and U.S. Marshall. I said I may in the future if it is relevant. More motions in limine this morning followed by jury selection.
