 Is this you Chrisjenna? Came up as I searched your name in Humboldt County. I also got a tip you were arrested in 2024 for a DUI.

You are mad because you lost to Shannon Miranda in court. Oh, your cohort, Jennifer Raymond, who I spoke with and whose unsubstantiated allegations I chose not to include in my April 28 post told me she was humiliated that day I watched you fail in court when Ms. Allison Jackson questioned you and I watched Humboldt Superior Court Commissioner Sarah Kaber address you.

The echo bubble of those of you who have a vendetta against Shannon Miranda for years throwing out the same allegations and failing are now targeting me because I won't do your bidding? 

Anyone can talk smack and make claims. HCSO did not arrest Shannon Miranda, the investigation is ongoing.

Are all these aliases you? Are you connected to Briyan Marquardt? Would give you further reason to be angry at me?

Why do some of you and your cohorts have multiple FB accounts and not even under your real name.

You can run to any other media source. Now that HCSO is investigating, I will report on that investigation. If charges are filed, I will report on those and then any court process.

Most in Humboldt who talk smack about me have an agenda, a bias. Many in Humboldt who smear me either have a criminal background, arrests or have been exposed and are vindictive. A lot of people in Humboldt, especially on Facebook, have no clue about the law, First Amendment but a lot of time to waste. How are people making a living? Many in Humboldt are on the dole, subsidized, have an inheritance and instead of lifting people and this community out of poverty or doing good with their money chose to viciously destroy reputations and target others. Including me.

You do realize in a small County, others know valid information about you and others. Chrisjenna, I have court records, a jail log. What do you have? Besides a big mouth and no life to obsess about Shannon or me or whoever gives your 15 seconds of desperate attention.

Before social media, people had to submit a letter in the mail with a real name, a phone number to verify. Due to the Humboldt misuse of comments, due to people breaking rules explained many times, if online comments have to be restricted for a while, then they will be.

People are free to post on their own page and face legal consequences and take responsibility on their own page. This is my page. People are not allowed to be abusive, misuse and waste my time. People who shut down and try and silence others don't get to scream censorship and play the victim.

**For those who are not Humboldt readers, I apologize that you have had to read posts like this. Not everyone in Humboldt is like this but unfortunately enough and they are loud and they drive away decent people including law enforcement. This is a Humboldt centric blog because I have been stuck here due to reasons for 22 years and 12 years of doing this blog and other platforms that those who  know me and give a damn are aware of but scared to speak up even though they go through the same. For you, it should be a warning before you visit and move here. Every place has issues but you should visit Humboldt and instead of the tourist tour; experience the reality and struggles of living or doing business in Humbodt. Even if you have a government job, you should do research. If you are moderate or conservative; just don't move here. Humboldt leadership and those here with " money" to waste need to wake up and not allow the "Chrisjennas" to take over with  their drama which wastes resources needed by decent, law abiding citizens. The law enforcement and courts here are misused; there is no growth if you are not entrenched in the decades old Humboldt cabal. When the local politicians and those with the money start getting affected and their pocketbooks; then they have only themselves to blame.
