When I posted on David Orluck's arrest on Friday, a google search listed him as a Senior Environmental Analyst working for the County in 2022. Transparent California isn't always current.
I just received a confidential tip giving more details. Since today is a holiday, I will contact CALTrans tomorrow.
"David Orluck is currently (newly) employed by the State of California, in the Caltrans Environmental division in Eureka CA."
