Surfside Burger Shack could be open next week; another option on the same block hopefully this summer

 

I did a post months ago about a new business at this corner of 5th and F. This international market has the same owner, Jose, as the store by Speed Suds and Dutch Bros on N between 4th and 5th streets. They are still at least a couple of months away from opening but will have a kitchen in the 5th and F location.

Surfside Burger Shack also has a new owner. He is Jose' brother.Surfside had one inspection, have a couple of adjustments to make and if City of Eureka, gives a thumbs up next week; they could have a soft opening as early as next Friday.

These are two other business owners I wrote bringing new options and improving the neighborhood.

Positive business developments in Eureka, the American dream and business owners who are also proud of their ethnicity and heritage supporting each other is welcome news
