Jury sworn yesterday in attempted murder James Atkins' trial. Opening statements today.
It is a very busy time in Humboldt Superior Court including two jury trials I am covering. I check on both and daily coverage will vary.
Minor updates will be added to this post. New post if there is something significant. This trial is three years later; people's attention span with current cases varies and there is other news to cover.
