Domestic violence suspect Gregory Moon held to answer as charged after his preliminary hearing by Retired Humboldt Superior Court Judge Christopher Wilson. Moon's no bail custodial status remains unchanged.
Arraignment on information is on 6/2.
Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees is the prosecutor. People's witnesses included Jane Doe and Blue Lake Tribal Officer Raven Moon. Deputy Conflict Counsel David Nims is Moon's attorney.
