Regular readers and others already read two posts this week on alleged molestor Edward Neagu. Just like those posts, once again exclusive information and first here.

Neagu has a preliminary hearing scheduled on 6/2. The details you are about to read may or may not be shared at that hearing; assuming it may even proceed that day.

I have a court certified copy of the affadavit and arrest warrant for Neagu authored by Eureka Police Detective Donald Bailey.

I am not going to post the entire copy so the other media and anyone else can take my copyrighted content or profit from my work. Ramey warrants have to be specially requested, they are not available in e court and I had to pay for the copy. 

If other media or someone else wants to get a copy, they can hike and try get a copy before the clerk office closes at 2 p.m and pay for the paperwork.

I also have to make sure I don't share any sensitive information. There are parts of the Ramey warrant that have information about the school the minor victim attends and a guardian's name. There are phone numbers that need to be verified at a preliminary hearing. 

I am not going to rush to include certain information . If it comes out at preliminary hearing, that is a decision I cannot make because it may not be necessary to include it at that time either.
