18 year old robbery and criminal threats suspect Jack Nye was arraigned today on information. Readiness Conference is on 7/2; jury trial on 7/13.

7/2/26: Trial confirmed but defense says they will be filing petition for mental health diversion.
7/13/26: Petition filed by defense for mental health diversion.
8/10/26: After hearing on mental health diversion, taken under submission by Humboldt Superior Court Judge Lawrence Killoran. Readiness Conference continued to 8/21; jury trial on 8/31.
