John Earl Hubert was arrested by Eureka Police Department yesterday for PC 242 battery, PC 240 assault and PC 538d(b)(1) impersonating a police officer. These are also misdemeanor charges and Hubert was released on O.R.
Dylan Olivas' boo Jazmyne Roe aka Jazmyne Mariah Carpenter was arrested by Eureka Police Department on a bench warrant yesterday for PC 273a(b) child endangerment. She was released on O.R. and this is a misdemeanor charge.
Olivas has a jury trial on 5/11 but defense has a motion to continue.
Hubert and Carpenter released on O.R. in California, the land of anti law order governed by Democrats.
