Four EPD vehicles on the corner of 4th and J. I recognize EPD Sgt Joseph Couch and EPD Officer Heinrich Soltow. Sgt. Couch came over to let me know an alleged assault occurred in the general area around that corner of 4th and J. Suspect and alleged victim unknown. EPD conducted some interviews. Three EPD vehicles left at 5:18. One officer finished conducting interviews and is getting ready to leave.
