Whoever started the county wide vaccine mandate "rumor" and is generating hysteria either needs to provide evidence it is going to be on the agenda or stop adding to the stress people are already facing due to COVID 19 and life in general.

I called the hotel. I then left a message for Bear River Band of the Rohnerville RancheriaTribal Chairwoman Josefina Cortez. There is no email contact so I cannot email her. In the past, I have not heard back from Bear River.

She responded, "At approximately 9:12 a.m. today Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a hotel on the Bear Paws Way for the report of an individual who had reportedly jumped out of a window. The individual died on scene of their injuries. This death is being investigated as a suicide."

Yet another continuance has been filed to continue sentencing for Jeff Tsarnas. Judge Timothy Canning granted the sixth defense request to continue sentencing after hearing from one juror and the affadavit of another juror. Ruling on motion for new trial was also continued to October 13.

Alleged molestor Miles Neiva was arrested by the Fortuna Police Department on September 17 and booked on charges of 288.7(b) and PC 288(a). Bail at booking was $825,000. Neiva is scheduled to be arraigned this afternoon.
This car has been in the same spot for at least a week or more. I have walked by at different times and there is no sign of life.
