Former IT manager Ronald Maloney is suing the Times-Standard/Media News Group,Inc. for wrongful termination. Maloney worked for the business for 21 years.
A case management conference is scheduled on 10/25/21. This was a transfer in from San Francisco Superior Court.
Linkedin profile still lists him as currently employed. I have contacted TS' publisher John Richmond.
