"Why don't you call the cops and tell them you are an asshole?"

(Daily verbal harassment and attacks bought to you by the Council of incompetence)

Location: A block from the jail. Two blocks from Eureka City Hall.

Who says call the police: Skank casing the door to an office downtown.  Needs her fix.

Why: The person working in their office opens the door to go home. Asks her, "What are you doing?"

Skank: Who are you?

Response: "I work here. This is my office."

Skank:  "Why don't you call the cops and tell them you are an asshole?"

That is the response of a guilty person.  She knows she was trespassing and up to no good. EPD was not called. She walked away screaming after her comment to call EPD. There is always another office, another stoop she can camp out on and shoot up her drugs.

She could join drunk JD Pittman and Thomass Blaquelorde who have taken over the bus stop near 3rd and H.

Another business had their property destroyed in broad daylight, a window smashed after a guy wandered in and helped himself to product. He intimidated a female employee and then threatened  and punched a male employee.  The guy then ran into the street. 

All the orange banners and PR cannot mask the incompetence and failure of Eureka City Council and administration.  The second floor can't even be bothered to allow the people who pay their salaries direct access for a year and a half.
