This 2019 case has yet to go to trial and has had continuance after continuance for years

Alleged rapist Joseph Hall is charged with one count; rape by use of drugs. At the last hearing, yet another continuance.

Hall is out of custody. Since he was arraigned on information for his jury trial in December 2019,  there have been continuances after continuances for almost two years and he has yet to go to trial. Hall was arrested in 2019.

Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian is Hall's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor. 

1/27: Jury trial confirmed for 3/14. TE 14 days.
