Fifth District Supervisor Madrone is non responsive so Willow Creek resident calls First District Supervisor Rex Bohn. If Madrone cannot even be there for Willow Creek now, how do you think he treats his constituents on any other day? People in other districts call Rex because he responds and listens to people.
