At trial setting for alleged rapist Joseph Hall this morning, dates were finally scheduled. Trial confirmation is on August 30; jury trial on September 20.
Deputy Public Defender Wade Orbelian is Hall's attorney. Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is the prosecutor for this case.
8/30: Mr. Orbelian requests yet another continuance.
9/14: Another motion to continue. Trial confirmation on 1/27/22; jury trial 3/14/22.
