Is the California Judicial Council going to follow state reopening guidelines?

Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees during trial assignment made a remark, "I am optimistic that we are done with Zoom by September."

Judge Christopher Wilson responded, "You haven't spoken to the California Chief Justice."

Local Judges and the top management in courts have become used to doing whatever they like behind closed doors. The California Chief Justice has not issued a statement, yet. If Judge Wilson is correct, the California Chief Justice better get down to Humboldt and fix the numerous issues with remote and Humboldt court in general.

California is expected to fully reopen its economy on June 15. Today, in a press conference, it was stated that there will be the removal of all capacity limits and physical distancing requirements, regardless of setting.

With a loophole that I am sure will be exploited by California courts, governments that want their paychecks but limit access and flip off the people who pay their salary with denying them transparency. Restaurants and businesses making money off people can choose not to open to full capacity. These businesses who continue to use COVID 19 as an excuse, despite vaccinations and updated information and data are saying fuck you to their customers so spend your money at a business who isn't profiting off unneccesary fear.
