Why is Blaquelorde allowed not to show up for court and waste court staff and time?

Thomass Blaquelorde is suing Sherlock mini storage. He does not show up at hearings but keeps filing nonsense. To my knowledge, he is the only one that has faced no consequences for being a no show in court twice now. He keeps filing improper paperwork despite his so called legal background. Why has he not been declared a vexatious litigant? What is the difference between Sai Rose and Blaquelorde? He is taking time away from court staff helping people with valid claims. When the law library was open, he was allowed to remain there drunk or high and harasss people. Are their special rules for Blaquelorde who hangs out in seedy motels, alleys and the streets of Eureka with frequent flyers seen in Humboldt court?

Today, Judge Timothy Canning called the Courtroom calendar. Mr. Justin Buller was present for Sherlock mini storage.

Judge Canning called other cases on the 10:30 calendar. By 10:40, Blaquelorde was still a no show.

He filed a declaration which was "submitted yesterday" and his intention is to file a first amended complaint.

Mr. Buller said request for demurrer was sustained by Judge Canning. He allowed Blaquelorde 30 days to amend the complaint and state a cause of action.

This was after Mr. Buller said Blaquelorde's complaint was "willfully deficient" and "a mix of handwritten notes and texts with 14 causes of action without facts."

"Plaintiff is out of the unit and removed all items of his own will and is attemoting to get back into the unit." Sherlock mini storage didn't get rent for February or March.

At the last court hearing I covered in March, Blaquelorde was unable to be present via technology. That exception and excuse, as far as I know, has not worked for anyone else. There are options to appear via phone and on Zoom. I am not sure why he was not there in person because certain Judges are allowing such appearances.

Blaquelorde's case is specifically about the Eureka location. The March hearing was  on Blaquelorde's emergency injunction. Blaquelorde claims he is being denied access to his storage unit.

At that hearing, Judge Kelly Neel said there were "several deficiencies" in what Blaquelorde had filed. "Notice to the other party was inadequate.  The Court did not have sufficient information" and Blaquelorde's request was denied without prejudice.
