"Just passed a bad wreck in Henderson Center. One person getting extricated from white vehicle upside down. Red car had woman in light green scrubs being arrested. Chatter from the small crowd was a possible DUI arrest but red car ran the light."
Lara Jayne Abelar was arrested by the Eureka Police Department around the time this accident occurred on two DUI charges VC23153(b) and VC23153(a). She is a registered nurse at a local hospital.
