Roger Samuel Barisdale was arrested by Rio Dell Police Department yesterday on a bench warrant for PC 290.013(a) failure to register as a sex offender and new arrest for PC 240 asault, PC 242 battery, PC 422 criminal threats and PC 243 (e) (1) domestic battery.
The sex offender bench warrant is from a 2019 arrest.
According to Megan's Law, his last known address is in Rio Dell. The photo and information below is from his previous arrest.
