Deputy DA Roger Rees assigned to Bear River homicide case

Just heard back from District Attorney Maggie Fleming regarding three questions I asked her. 

Bear River homicide suspect is being arraigned at 1:30 this afternoon. There are no current plans to amend the charges. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees has been assigned to the case.

Ms. Andrea Sullivan is Johnson's attorney.
