James Pawlyk had his probable cause hearing scheduled today and parole revocation hearing on June 8. His probable cause hearing was continued by Judge Christopher Wilson to May 24 because he refused to come to court.
The Public Defender's office was appointed to represent Pawlyk and they confirmed yesterday. Yesterday, he refused to come court due to medical reasons which were unspecified.
Deputy Public Defender David Celli appeared for Pawlyk's attorney, Mr. Wade Orbelian. Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees was today for the People.
