Man who claimed to be a Judge and a FBI agent is back in custody

James Martin Pawlyk was booked into the local jail yesterday for PC 245 (a), criminal threats. A certification hearing is scheduled for February 5 at 10:15.

Pawlyk had been transported to Napa State Hospital on 11/16/18 after criminal proceedings had been suspended in his case and he was ruled incompetent to stand trial. Before he was sent to NAPA, he had been charged with assault with a deadly weapon and vandalism.
