"I believe if the shoe was on the other foot, as a male, I would still be locked up. "

Victoria Celeste Winslow was booked and released within three hours on Friday. The arrest was a result of a roommate dispute and altercation, according to EPD. After the alleged victim contacted me Sunday evening, I followed up. Jail report states released on OR; misdemeanor. Booking photo has been requested.

The alleged victim sent me the following response this morning, after my post. This has not been verified by law enforcement and I told the alleged victim that I would mentioning that in my post.

"She was arrested on Friday 2/9 by EPD. She assaulted and battered me. EPD took pictures of my injures. She was arrested in front of me at about 10:00 am. She was released about 3 hours later. Jail said she was OR'ed. I asked what were the conditions or her release. They stated "she has to obey all laws". So, essentially, right now I have no protection."

I asked if she had a court date or case number. Jail stated that the complaint will be foreworded to DA. They will schedule a court date if a complaint is filed. In the mean time I have no protection. Last week I filed for restraining orders for Elder or Dependent Adult Abuse, case # CV180127. "

"I'm 69 y/o She's 27. After battering me last week, I called Adult Protective Services. They said about the only action I can take is file for restraining orders."

"I believe if the shoe was on the other foot, as a male, I would still be locked up.  Perhaps if I went to the DA's they could tell me where things stand. Thanks for your time."
