Mark Dare had a bail reduction hearing scheduled this morning. Defense request to reduce bail was granted by Visiting Judge Terrence Boren. Bail is now $500,000.
Dare was held to answer on four counts of sexual abuse. The alleged victims are his two stepdaughters.
Arraignment on information for Mark Dare is on March 1.

Sufficient evidence on four counts to be bound over for Trial merits a Bond Reduction?
ReplyDeletePerhaps we should start a GoFundMe so his (alleged) victims are packing enough firepower that if he ever steps foot on the property where they are residing, there will be no further (alleged) crimes and no need for a Trial.
He obviously has some financial and political backing. He should be staying in Jail like all the other Pedo’s. Chomo will probably fire his latest attorney and insist on Dare’s. Small town politics!
