Desiree Henley's jury trial for Blue Heron fire scheduled for April 9

Desiree Henley was arraigned on information on this morning.

Trial confirmation is scheduled for 3/22. Jury trial is scheduled for 4/9.



Charges are the same ones she was held to answer after her preliminary hearing:
arson of the Blue Heron as well as well as aiding and abetting her co-defendant Kattie Yocum in the alleged crime.

The case is being prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Steven Steward was present or the People. Henley is represented by Deputy Conflict Counsel Marek Reavis.

Her co-defendant pleaded guilty go unlawful causing of a fire, after the preliminary hearing, and is already serving a prison sentence.
