Jane Doe # 2 took photos of Jane Doe #1 with bruises which she said were caused by Mark Dare.
She said, of her own abuse that she knew what Mark Dare did to her was not rape but she did not know what it was and had to google the description.
Mark Dare has already been held to answer on the charges but this information will be helpful if the case goes to jury trial.
I will update this with the cross examination and redirect of Jane Doe #2.
