A change of plea was scheduled for Jonah Little and a setting for Lorence Bailey for his his homicide trial on February 15. The plea went kaput.
In the middle of the plea, the attorneys asked to approach the Judge to clarify something. After the discussion, Ms. Christina Allbright spoke with Little and he kept shaking his head.
Both have one case in common. They were both caught on video assaulting correctional deputy Dillon Huffman.
Several dates were set; they both have more than one case. There is a pre trial on March 5 for this case. Other dates below.
