Good samaritan in Arcata reunites owner with lost wallet

Arcata Police Department:

A citizen found a wallet and turned it over to an Officer. A quick check of the name associated with the wallet found that the owner had called APD earlier and reported it as lost. We were able to return the wallet to the rightful owner! Thank you for doing your civic duty and turning the wallet in!
