Mark Dare who was held to answer on 4 counts of molestation posted bail yesterday
With his bail amount reduced, Mark Dare posted bail yesterday. Dare was served with a criminal protective order.
With Dare being out of custody, I am sure that he will waive time for a jury trial.
Dare's supporters had to be admonished in court by the Judge for their inaporopriate behavior. By their presence and their scoffing and obvious attempts to intimidate Jane Doe #1 on the stand in open court, why should they be trusted?
Now the Humboldt Superior Court criminal justice system has released Dare from custody taking away any incentive for his supporters to behave.
If you missed my update in the original post, Dare's employer is KAEF-North Coast News.

How unfortunate. I’m sure that this feels like a slap in the face to his victims. I wonder if all of his congregation will welcome him back with open arms? More than the sexual abuse “dirty laundry” was aired in court last week.
