Rachel Goldberg had one thing on her mind on September 26: fear that she would never see Tim Smith again

Rachel Goldberg's friend Frieda Smith is the prosecution's second witness.

While Rachel Goldberg was in the car with her on September 26, Frieda Smith heard Jon Goldberg say, "It is not okay for another man to put his dick into my wife."

Frieda Smith testified almost word to word with exact quotes and her testimony was basically what she said at the preliminary hearing.

There was very little new information in direct or cross except a reference that confirms what the defense said about Jon Goldberg's  cell phone being broken.

Frieda Smith knew Tim Smith and Jessica Springer as colleagues but not outside work.

Frieda Smith and Rachel Goldberg were co-workers and friends with common interests but she did not spend time with Rachel Goldberg outside work.
