Jury instructions and opening statements scheduled to start at 9:30 a.m. tomorrow in the Jon Goldberg jury trial.
The 2016 and 2017 cases were consolidated and for this jury trial Goldberg is charged with three counts: the murder of Tim Smith, assault with a firearm and brandishing a firearm in a rude or threatening manner. Certain counts also have a special allegation.
This is a full day trial, typical schedule 9:30 to 4:30.
