The whole purpose of the JCBT program is to restore competency so he will be back.
Confirmation of transport for Reed Tardy scheduled at 10:15 in Courtroom 4 on January 4, rescheduled to Courtroom 7 at 1:30. Continued to January 25 at 10:15.
Finally transported to the JCBT program on January 25.

Confirmation of transport was scheduled on November 28 for Reed Tardy. Continued to December 5. Continued to December 12. Continued to January 4, 2018, days before his 90 day review.
By the time he is transported, he might just be competent to stand trial without NAPA's JBCT program.

Yeh you set fire to the lousy guy's camp. Like wow people-you told everyone you did it!!!How about the court system slam this creep in jail for 10 and get him out of the jail cell he's in to make more room for more creeps arrested?
