Deputy Conflict Counsel Meagan O'Connell made an oral motion to continue. There was no objection by Deputy District Attorney Roger Rees. Defense motiin granted.
Intervention was scheduled yesterday for Orick murder suspect Ronald Loureiro. Preliminary is for February 27 was vacated.
New intervention date is April 18 at 1:30 p.m. New preliminary hearing is scheduled for April 23.
