Setting of a preliminary hearing for murder suspect Richard Dean has been on hold as a doctor's report has yet not arrived.
Will update details later but defense asked for 45 days more for a setting so a third doctor could evaluate Dean. Setting continued to April 11.

It strikes me that a system in which taxpayer funds are blown for three (3) separate psych evals is a system in need of a psychological evaluation itself.
