Desiree Henley's preliminary vacated, bench warrant issued for $100,000

Desiree Henley is charged with arson and aiding and abetting in the fire at the Blue Heron in August 2017.

Her preliminary is scheduled for January 18 was vacated because she did not show up and a bench warrant was issued $100,000.

This isn't the first time Henley has not shown up for court.

I checked court records yesterday, 24 hours after the intervention, late in the day. At that time court records were not updated to reflect that a bench warrant had been issued.

Update (Jan 18): Henley was picked up and booked into the Humboldt County jail.
