Setting for jury trial and findings of doctor's reports scheduled for Polish citizen Ewa Misztal on January 18 continued until February 1st to see if case will resolve.
Misztal was smiling as she spoke with her attorney, Mr. Casey Russo before her case was called. Mr. Russo told Judge Reinholtsen that Misztal was very anxious about this court date and wants to see the case resolved.
Deputy District Attorney Carolyn Schaffer is prosecuting the case. Deputy Public Defender Casey Russo is Misztal's attorney.
