Matthew Gary Caston has been charged with stalking, false imprisonment, criminal threats and great bodily injury. Listed below are just his criminal cases. Of the victims listed there were multiple women. Only one criminal case in 2014 for alleged assault was dismissed.

A wanted felon was taken into custody Friday night following a foot pursuit in the Eel River Valley.
Around 11:57 p.m. Jan. 12, 2017 sheriff deputies were dispatched to the Bear River Casino for the report that felony warrant suspect Matthew Gary Caston, 37, was inside. Upon arrival, deputies observed Caston walking on the sidewalk near the east side exit of the casino. Deputies attempted to contact Caston, who then fled through the parking lot and jumped a fence. Deputies pursued Caston for approximately one-fourth mile.
Caston was arrested for resisting a peace officer, in addition to his felony warrant for false imprisonment.
