Mr. Lawrence Killoran of Scott, Robinson and Killoran has applied to fill the one current vacancy for Humboldt Superior Court Judge.
There will be another vacancy soon. Judge John Feeney was going to retire in February, but he agreed to stay until Marrch.
From the firm website: Lawrence M. Killoran joined the Scott law firm in 2004 and has provided legal services in criminal and civil matters both in State and Federal Court. He also offers legal assistance for cases such as felonies and misdemeanors, family law matters, and general civil matters including probate and corporations. He has handled several cases related to family law matters with an emphasis on highly conflicted child custody issues. In addition, Mr. Killoran devotes time to many civic organizations, volunteering his time as a coach and mentor to several youth sports organizations during the calendar year.
Mr. Killoran is licensed to practice in Federal Court and all of the State Courts of California
Don't forget we are still short one. Elvine-Kreis replaced Judge Watson. Kelly Neel is replacing Judge Cissna. But Judge Miles seat has not been filled.
