This is the "gag" order in former Corrrectional Deputy Cory Fisher's case with six minor male victims

Deputy Public Defender Brie Bennett was appointed to represent Cory Fisher. After the Public Defender declared a conflict, Conflict Counsel took over the case. Mr. Marek Reavis did not file a new "gag" order.

Fisher, a former Humboldt County correctional deputy is charged with 14 counts.  Most are alleged sexual abuse; one is a "peeping Tom" charge. All six alleged victims are minors and male.

  1. The gag order concerns 3 victims who were close relatives. I won't say more.
