OR/Bail hearing was scheduled for Lee Conoboy on January 26. Visiting Judge Terence Boren denied supervised release.
Conoboy is charged with attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon.
At the preliminary hearing, alleged victim Matthew Kralle testified. Conoboy and Kralle know each other.
Trial confirmation is set for March 6. Jury trial is set for March 19.
