Instead of a preliminary hearing, Kevin Sampson entered a change of plea


Preliminary hearing for Sampson's most recent case was scheduled for January 17. Instead, Sampson entered a change of plea.







Intervention scheduled on January 11 for all of Kevin Sampson's cases was continued to January 16.
